Receive thorough guidance & a specialized workout program designed to meet your goals, health, lifestyle & schedule.

Fitness Assessment included.​

Training is available at Durham Fitness, Saugeen Fitness or in the privacy of your home.  Packages or regular weekly/monthly sessions are an option.

GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

​ACTIVE RECOVERY PROGRAM 

Training available in small groups for participants with various goals & concerns who need assistance & guidance with exercises & stretches ie. post physiotherapy/rehabilitation,  recovering from injuries, stroke, cardiac & other health issues such as Parkinson's, MS, aging or inactive.  Join in anytime at

Durham Fitness, Durham or Saugeen Fitness, Mount Forest

Day/time to be determined

8 weekly one hour sessions $225  

FITNESS ASSESSMENT & CONSULTATION

This session includes a detailed consultation to discuss your health, lifestyle, and personal fitness objectives.  It includes  body measurements & a full body composition analysis, which evaluates body fat percentage, muscle mass, bone mass, visceral fat, metabolic age & overall physique rating.

$50 - one hour session
