My journey in fitness began with a lifelong love for physical activity through sports, dance, and recreational pursuits. This passion drove me to enter the fitness industry with a mission to help others build stronger, healthier minds and bodies. Starting as a fitness class instructor in college, I later transitioned to personal training, working one-on-one with clients to achieve their unique goals, while still offering group programs.

I thrive on empowering individuals, whether in private sessions or group environments, to improve their overall well-being, reach their fitness milestones, and feel more confident in their daily lives. Beyond fitness, I find joy in cooking, and cherish quality time spent with family and friends, creating memories that blend health, happiness, and fun.
