My journey in fitness began with a lifelong love for physical activity through sports, dance, and recreational pursuits. This passion drove me to enter the fitness industry with a mission to help others build stronger, healthier minds and bodies. Starting as a fitness class instructor in college, I later transitioned to personal training, working one-on-one with clients to achieve their unique goals, while still offering group programs.

I thrive on empowering individuals, whether in private sessions or group environments, to improve their overall well-being, reach their fitness milestones, and feel more confident in their daily lives. Beyond fitness, I find joy in cooking, and cherish quality time spent with family and friends, creating memories that blend health, happiness, and fun.

Guidance, Motivation & Stress Management

I started practicing yoga years ago as a way to promote symmetry in my body, develop overall strength & balance & improve my flexibility &  stability in the saddle.  I was looking to become the easiest & most helpful rider my horse would have to carry around.  I feel that regular yoga practice has helped me strive towards those goals while also revealing many other health benefits.  Yoga brings a sense of calm, grounded & peacefulness to me.  It helps slow down my busy thoughts & allows a beautiful flow of energy & movement. Linda patiently & encouragingly guides her students to move through all the different stages of yoga practice.  I find this helps me move through each day's activities as comfortably as possible.  Sarah
